The Inner Circle is built for and by forward-thinking eye care professionals (ECPs) who know we are simply stronger together. Acting as ambassadors for the Collective, the Inner Circle gets to shape the future of our collective and share their expertise. But what does that mean?
Welcome to the Inner Circe
The Inner Circle will be providing real talk on real issues facing ECPs today: online sales, scaling a business, staff retention, and staying independent. They will be running webinars, doing social takeovers, writing articles, and appearing in videos. Your community members, talking directly to you.
What Does an Ambassador Do?
- Lead the Conversation: Share real-world insights, practice management wins, and wisdom with a national network of independent ECPs.
- Drive Collective Growth: Champion a network that delivers pre-negotiated supplier discounts, consolidated billing, and lower costs from day one.
- Shape the Industry: Provide direct feedback on new initiatives, platforms, and tools before they roll out to the wider community.
